10. If you were a song, what song would you be?
11. What is your USP (unique selling point)?
12. What are you earning in your current role?
13. What is more important in your work? Effectiveness or efficiency?
14. You seem very calm, what gets you stressed?
15. What is your greatest achievement?
Preparing for your interview ahead of time is important, it shows that you are passionate about the role you're applying for.
Are there any illegal questions, the hiring manager can't ask you?
Are you planning to start a family?
What is your sexuality?
Your race or gender
You can reply back with: “I don’t feel comfortable answering this question.”
What are some fun questions they may ask you?
Do you prefer to go to a pub or club?
What’s a secret you don’t want people to know?
What’s your spirit animal and why?
These types of questions allow the hiring manager to understand more about your type of personality. Have fun with some of these questions, be prepared to be quick to answer. It shows how you can think on your feet.
