I’m now back at become as a Creative Consultant, after working in Adland as an Account/Project Manager. Starting out my career with become, I’m back on board to specialise in full-time recruitment for designers, art directors, and copywriters for Melbourne’s top advertising, digital and branding studios. My experience working in advertising has helped me establish a better understanding of project management and internal workflow processes, and build a creative network that continually grows through word of mouth.
Outside of work, I’m pigging my way around the Melbourne food scene, improving my pop culture palette with movies and TV shows, and reading e-books (so much more efficient than paper books)!
One of Australia's leading design studios are looking for a seasoned Studio/Traffic Manager to join their Melbourne team. Known for their work in the environmental space, you will be crucial in facilitating holistic projects that involve wayfinding and experience design in the living space. This studio is unlike no other and prides itself in an impressive client portfolio across the APAC region. Why is this role for you? We understand that you might not be feeling 100% on certain days - take a break, we get it. Any studio politics is addressed immediately; we believe in open conversations and that working with other human beings under pressure can sometimes be frustrating. The successful candidate is mature, can keep up with the pace and is able to help manage demanding client expectations. Any experience in Briefcase will be highly looked upon, but not essential. In order to be considered for this role, you MUST have experience working in a design studio environment, whether it's branding, digital or wayfinding.
