Hello, I’m Fred. Before joining the recruitment team at Become, I spent a few years working as an Account Manager in digital and creative agencies.
I’ve always considered myself a people’s person, someone that thrives on meeting new people and building relationships. I really enjoy meeting like minded creative people who I can network with. I am also a complete and utter chatter box so the fact I get to talk all day to people makes me love my job even more.
Outside of work you will find me collecting and listening to records, travelling, watching a lot of sport and making my way through some of Sydney’s best establishments with my close group of friends.

Our clients range from full-service design & advertising agencies to specialist agencies working on BTL, ATL, packaging, FMCG, and branding, experiential, integrated and digital campaigns. The length of bookings can range from 2 weeks up to several months. The role: This role is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career and to get real hands-on experience with account services and media planning. You will be assisting the Account Manager in nurturing and developing new and existing relationships with a number of clients. Day to day, you will be responsible for: Ordering and scheduling media bookings Manage client expectations to the highest degree Manage and update WIP document Sending out weekly creative deadline reminders, ensuring all deadlines are achieved and tracked Invoicing booked media and performing monthly checks Create media reports with a desire to understand the data at an in-depth level and formulate recommendations & insights for clients Source and compiling specs for upcoming media bookings Collating tear sheets post media run dates, issuing to clients and archiving Report on campaigns Key skills for the role include: Minimum of 1-year account coordinating experience Strong work ethic Relationship building skills Team player Friendly, professional and down to earth Willingness to learn and grow with the business Ability to take direction and desire to learn What's on Offer This is an excellent opportunity to gain a solid footing in the media and advertising industry.
