Hello, I’m Fred. Before joining the recruitment team at Become, I spent a few years working as an Account Manager in digital and creative agencies.
I’ve always considered myself a people’s person, someone that thrives on meeting new people and building relationships. I really enjoy meeting like minded creative people who I can network with. I am also a complete and utter chatter box so the fact I get to talk all day to people makes me love my job even more.
Outside of work you will find me collecting and listening to records, travelling, watching a lot of sport and making my way through some of Sydney’s best establishments with my close group of friends.
This individual would join an established and growing agency that works across a huge range of campaigns covering ATL/TTL communications including retail activations. Working closely with the Business Director and Client Service Team will see you managing a range of campaigns from end to end. You will need to be hands-on with the clients so it will be important that you come from a strong client service background in an agency. You will be responsible for budgeting and raising PO’s and liaise with clients to really get to the bottom of the brief then working closely with the creative team to ensure that campaigns are produced on time and on brief. You will be a really strong project manager who is used to juggling multiple deadlines/projects and you should be an excellent relationship builder who has exceptional attention to detail and comfortable presenting when called upon. It’s important that you have experience in print production and previous experience working with retail/consumer electronic clients would be hugely beneficial. This is an excellent role for somebody who has strategic ability but still likes to be hands-on and see the results of each campaign.
