I’ve always considered myself a people’s person, someone that thrives on meeting new people and building relationships. I really enjoy meeting like minded creative people who I can network with. I am also a complete and utter chatter box so the fact I get to talk all day to people makes me love my job even more.
Outside of work you will find me collecting and listening to records, travelling, watching a lot of sport and making my way through some of Sydney’s best establishments with my close group of friends.
Marketing & Communications Manager

Group Account Director
This is an exciting time, and opportunity, to join this agency who are well known for their expertise across below-the-line marketing for household FMCG (food and drinks) brands. Today they are over 10 years young, have almost 40 employees across Sydney and Melbourne and have evolved into many other areas including Digital, Experiential and large integrated campaigns. They are currently recruiting roles across the agency including a Group Account Director - Permanent, full-time position. Leader for the business and senior management of client portfolios Implementation and development of communication and BTL/ATL campaign strategies Management of monthly reporting against KPI’s and targets for each assigned client portfolio Ability to lead and deliver organic growth amongst existing client base and new clients/categories Deliver proactive and new business strategies Client pitching and new business Ensure account service and creative are working cohesively to deliver the best work Responsible for retention and growth of the business Responsible for growth and profitability of business accounts SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 10 years experience within an integrated agency or client-side Extensive understanding and experience across all marketing and communication channels Exceptional presentation skills – development and presenting Extensive experience with new business Proven track record in growing revenue with existing clients Proven track record in leading, mentoring and overseeing client service team Budget development, management, and reporting Experience working with FMCG brands is preferred however this is not essential * Those that match all the above criteria should apply with CV. Creating a plan with the line manager for developing and presenting for growth. Contribute as part of the project team during the key briefing and the creative development process of a major client pitch.
