I've spent my career working in boutique recruitment agencies focused on partnering with Digital & Integrated Agencies, Design Studios and Corporate & Government In-house teams.

I'm currently completing a Bachelor of Business (Management) with Swinburne University in order to formalize the skills I've picked up over the last 13 years and to further my experience as a business leader. I'm focused on creating a high performing recruitment team here at Become specialising within creative, digital, technology, marketing and media industries. 

Outside of work you will find me eating , drinking and balancing all of this out with Pilates … Oh and axe throwing!
