Digital Marketing Manager
An ambitious Sydney-based start-up working towards a renewable future is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing specialist to design and execute digital campaigns that will focus on lead generation scaling and customer acquisition/retention to continue its hyper-growth trajectory. Working alongside the founders, it is imperative you have a solid understanding of B2C data-based digital marketing across a broad spectrum of SEM/SEO, social, eDMs, landing pages, eCommerce, CRO, as well as the analytics, tagging, and A/B testing tools to optimise, track, and report insights and ROI on. RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with the CEO to strategise, implement and optimise a range of digital campaigns to better target and grow the customer base and ultimately compound the business. Managing and liaising with content creators such as copywriters, PR, designers and also being hands-on with ad copy to ensure consistency across channels. Setup, test and analyse user engagement across all digital channels via their own custom built CRM and various analytics platforms to identify and provide reporting on CX trends and insights to assist in optimising campaign spend, performance, optimisation, and conversion across channels and potential customer touch points. Managing marketing budget across all paid digital media channels. REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years B2C digital marketing hands-on experience coming from a digital agency or start-up background. Previous experience in taking a new product to market, eCommerce or two-sided marketplace exposure also preferred. Experience in setup and analysis of the full Google Suite, but especially Adwords, Analytics and Tag Manager Extremely data-driven and analytics led. Experience with user research and leveraging customer insights. Passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, and making an impact on the world is critical. Performance Media Specialist
Global full-service agency are expanding their digital team and capabilities to support a growing client base, and thus looking for a Performance Media Specialist to join their team and be part of the growth! As a Paid Digital Specialist/Executive you will have the opportunity to be across a number of different performance channels and a range of clients, but also given the proper support and training to continue to build your digital career quickly. The focus to start will be on implementing and optimising mostly paid search (PPC/SEM) campaigns, but also including social, display and programmatic. You will be working with national leading clients and big budgets and thus get real hands-on experience with digital media planning and buying as a whole. The ideal candidate will have at least a couple year’s experience coming from a digital agency, confident with SEM, and looking for quick advancement to manager level. Responsibilities: • Implementation and trafficking of end to end paid digital campaigns: research, planning, set-up, activation, monitoring, optimising, reporting and insights. • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance based on data and trend analysis • Set-up and implementation of paid search, programmatic and social campaigns • Analysis of datasets to identify key areas for quick optimisation • Taking part in client WIPs, and supporting senior team members to develop integrated campaigns and digital marketing strategies across a number of companies and sectors. Requirements: • 2+ years’ hands-on implementation experience in paid digital media or marketing • Comfortable with the Google Ad Suite: Adwords, Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio and any others, excellent Excel knowledge and general understanding of the programmatic trading ecosystem all preferred • A great attitude with high energy, hunger to learn and a good team player • Passion for digital marketing and advertising • Good attention to detail and great analytical skills • Independent, curious, ambitious, confident and eager to hit the ground running and handle major clients from day one!
