I joined become Sydney in 2008 as a Junior Consultant, starting on permanent and freelance recruitment across Design, Advertising and Digital roles. I then moved onto running the freelance desk in 2010 and built a successful desk of clients and pool of Print and Digital Designers, Finished Artists, Art Directors, Copywriters, Motion Graphics Designers and Developers.
I've more recently relocated with my family to head up become's Melbourne office whilst working across full-time roles & overseeing the growth of our freelance desk.
When I'm not at work, you can probably find me at a park with my little boy or exploring the infinite cafes and pubs of Melbourne, with a little NBA and my new AFL team the Tigers in between. YELLOW AND BLACK!

General Manager - Design agency
Lead a team in the Melbourne office of an independent Design studio, with role responsibilities split across client service, new business and general people/business management. Their current workloads are focused around a key client and in the brand and comms space but they are looking to replicate other offices by bringing on more clients and increasing the diversity of their projects, particularly in the digital space. You will get an opportunity to be the face of a business and work closely with a strong leadership team in their other offices. A rare opportunity to join an independent studio with multiple offices at a Senior level and deal directly with owners, without the red tape of a network agency. They have a very well established, key client which needs a strong client lead but there is an expectation that this person will bring in new business. You will have autonomy on how and who you do new business with but you have to have that "hunter" mentality. Ideally, you will come from design studio background as a Group Account Director, Client Services Director or established General Manager. Design / branding is needed but a strong understanding of design in the digital world would be perfect to drive that work in Melbourne, which they can service immediately via the other offices who have these skills in house.
