Business Development Manager
This full service advertising and media agency is looking for a talented Business Development Manager who can operate effectively in a highly competitive landscape. Your key focus will be getting the brand in front of more customers, demonstrating value and winning new business and growing revenue. Key to your success will be your ability to: Proactively generating new leads across your target business categories Utilising all channels of communication to reach potential customers – phone, email, LinkedIn, event attendance etc Meeting potential customers face to face and prioritising this Create comprehensive briefs for the media team to convert into proposals Build a consistent flow of new business revenue in line with agreed monthly targets Log everything accurately in the CRM You will be able to clearly articulate value and be able to position the agency as a compelling solution. You will be adept at uncovering business needs and demonstrate how the agency can solve those issues. Networking will come naturally to you and you will not be phased by the word ‘no’. Digital Campaign Manager
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Digital Campaign Manager to join us, leading projects from start to finish across our client portfolio, as well as being part of our e-commerce offering. Responsibilities: You will be the digital lead when it comes to the planning and executing of our digital campaigns, from brief to completion. This role is supported by our Digital Director. Your work will cover: The implementation of our digital offering for each client (in partnership with your Digital Director) covering: o Google Ads o Social Advertising o Spotify o Plus other advertising output as required (e.g. Display, YouTube, radio, eDM’s, POS etc) Management: Overseeing the daily optimisation of all live campaigns with a strong focus on campaign strategy Tagging and Reporting: Setting up analytics, tracking and providing insightful, data lead reporting for all campaigns upon completion. Internal creative briefing Client management (WIPs, contact reports, finance) 3rd party liaison Ad messaging Ad hoc digital campaign and e-commerce projects such as client training in digital best practice and digital audits. In addition you will be required to: Manage budgets: Create estimates and provide visibility to the business and to our clients for each project. Other tasks related to the above in support of the Digital Director. What You Bring To the Role: The ability to lead a project and an eagerness to develop your skill set. A minimum of 2 years digital campaign experience. Experience in paid search, paid social and display advertising . You will be expected to implement best practices when it comes to setup and optimization. Experience with setting up analytics (implementation of pixels for example via Google Tag manager). Experience with providing data driven insights that help to make a step change in our clients businesses. Outstanding project management skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Problem solver with the ability to get things done. Ability to work autonomously and manage key stakeholders. Well organised with great attention to detail and strong time management. Detail orientated, organised and proactive approach. Senior Account Manager
Senior Account Manager As a key member of our Client Service team your success relies on your ability to lead the engagement, execution and delivery of results across your client(s) whilst maximising any organic growth opportunities for the business. You’re required to ensure the team around you are working together to provide a client experience that is none other than exceptional. Your day to to day: You are accountable for the experience, service quality and results of your portfolio of clients. You pro-actively manage client relationships to ensure we achieve agreed project deliverables and leverage opportunities to strengthen our relationship and improve profit performance You ensure all new clients have gone through the credit application process and that all compliance documents (SLAs & TOB) have been completed and signed before and work commences. You scope, design and deliver projects and milestones using shared project management methodology You analyse, interpret and add value to client needs through creating, writing and presenting accurate briefs whilst demonstrating strong brand, channel and marketing understanding. You’re working with internal and external resources on strategy and creative development to ensure our work meets the needs of the brief and the client. You have clarity around what success looks like in your role, how this fits into the Client service team and the Agency. You’re engaged and owning your role. You are seen as a strong, proactive, inspiring and decisive leader within Client Service team and someone who is driving and impacting results. You’re approachable at all times and lead by example in a way you’d expect your team and the broader agency to behave. You’ve built strong relationships with both internal staff, external clients and suppliers. You understand the clients budgets, their implications for clients and you are able to communicate and negotiate effectively with clients to ensure relationships remain strong and successful. What you should bring: Builds rapport quickly, passionate and energetic, strong negotiation skills and sound commercial acumen. Experience working in the banking sector or with clients in the financial services is a bonus (not essential) Analytical, with strong attention to detail and a focus on data and results. Highly organised and efficient. At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with a focus on strategic client relationships.
