Account Executive

Boutique publisher is looking for an Account Exec/Manager to assist in the post sales, campaign end-to-end coordination and implementation of advertising proposals for agencies and brand direct clients.

You will be uber organized and able to multi-task, ensuring processes and systems are accurately maintained and kept up to date on a daily basis. Communicating with internal (editorial, creative, sales, management) and external advertising stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment; you are the conduit between everyone and responsible for keeping all campaigns on track.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Centricity
-Undertake client campaign implementation, including collecting materials for print, digital, social, and content campaigns
-Manage the company advertising grid to ensure client positioning guarantees can be achieved
-Post analysis reporting to clients
-Manage client/agency contact databases
-Contribute to gathering market research on industry trends and best practice

2. Innovation and development
-Collaborate to produce solutions to meet the needs of clients and the business
-Work with Editors and Creative Director on new ideas
-Make recommendations to improve systems and processes

3. Efficiency
-Ensure turnaround times and accuracy on tasks and special requests are industry best
-Maintain a knowledge of client activities and campaign analysis for future reference
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures

4. Revenue Targets and Cost Control
-Awareness of revenue targets

5. Support Sales, COO and General Manager
-Support with proposals, insertion orders and schedule preparation
-Perform all other duties as directed

Requirements:
-1-2+ years minimum from a publisher or digital/creative agency background
-Ability to develop effective client and internal relationships
-Enthusiasm for the fashion, beauty, and luxury industries
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Positive attitude, driven self-starter, hard worker and problem solver who loves a challenge
-Highly focused and committed to work to deadlines
-Professional, mature and well groomed
-Commercially oriented, high level of communications and good under pressure
-Ability to collaborate, work autonomously and take direction as required
-Experience setting up processes and systems
-Familiarity with any of the following would be a big plus – Facebook Ad Manager, DFP, Excel, Creative Cloud (especially InDesign)
