Working closely with the Group Account Director, you will have a lot of autonomy in managing projects from client brief to final production across sales collateral, hoarding, sales suites, press advertising and some digital and social work.
You will need to have experience as an Account Manager in design and branding agencies and with a strong understanding of the property space - being able to read a floor plan, experience in setting up sales suites etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must as you’ll not only develop a strong relationship with your clients but work collaboratively with the designers and Creative Director as well as liaise with suppliers.
A minimum of 12 months experience in a Design or branding agency is essential to be considered and any exposure to projects with property clients will go a long way.
