The team is small but robust, close-knit and support each other and collaborate daily like a family. Being passionate about producing great work and coming back to work excited the next day is what they’re about.
Overseeing strategy, creative development, and production of campaigns will be your day-day as well client management. They’ll start with developing strategy and concept development collaboratively with the MD you’ll report to. Don’t let that scare you, support and guidance is there as needed so is room for development and working autonomously; whatever brings out the best out of Account Manager. Campaign touch points will span print, outdoor, digital, social and video.
You will be multi-tasker used to working in a fast-paced environment, keeping cool under pressure and experience with controlling project budgets.
Though skill-set and experience around creative project management is important, so is personality and culture fit. You must have high level of initiative, passion for the creative space and emotional awareness.
