Reporting to General Manager and Group Account Director, you will be the main point of contact for multiple clients within the property development sector. Experience in this space is essential to understand the difference in high density/low density, community master planning, preparing of sales suites are all desired.
You will take active part in brand naming and strategy through to execution of campaigns, ensuring they meet budgets and briefs.
An appreciation of high end design is important as many developments are marketed to a premium demographic and you would work closely with a talented team of creatives.
You will have at least 2 years of account service experience in an design agency on property branding projects.
