Not one shy of sales and client engagement, this manager will actively seek new business opportunities as well as responding to incoming leads. You'll identify new areas for growth, specific prospects and build (and run) a pipeline of business opportunities.
You will be comfortable using a consultative approach with these contacts to understand their business and specific needs. You will then engage your exceptional persuasive and consultative selling skills to win business and drive revenues.
Sitting in the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for contributing to the implementation of the business plan, creating proposals, scoping projects and managing the pitch process.
You will own the forecasting and pipeline of the business, working with an exceptionally talented team subject matter experts in strategy, design, UX and digital to sell their initiatives pipeline of brand strategy and innovative marketing services.
You must have previous experience in the realms of advertising in order to understand the clients needs and gain their trust in being steps ahead when it comes to creative and industry expertise. We see this role best suiting an agency (creative) experienced Account Director who is relationship-driven and enjoys and is a self-starter when it come to new business development activities.
