As the Business Development Manager you will be required to build a portfolio of clients of all sizes and industries.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Help manage the process of the client requirements and vacancies needed
  • Create a client portfolio within time frames across all Hubs (Marketing, Creative, Tech)
  • You will build relationships with clients and develop ongoing business
  • Identify and pursue new business development initiative
  • Identifying opportunities for greater market share within our accounts, across both permanent and contract recruitment
  • Managing a portfolio of existing key accounts, ensuring service levels remain high and opportunities for growth are maximised
  • Attend WIP meetings, weekly with all staff / management
  • Able to attend events where needed

About you

  • You have 5 years min Sales experience (Recruitment industry) is an advantage
  • Love to grow portfolios and have a passion for speaking with all levels of staff
  • Quickly establishes rapport, gains trust and builds strong working relationships
  • Manages multiple projects concurrently, able to juggle competing priorities and put down and quickly come back to a task as required
  • Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in work and interactions
