Our client has been a pioneer of the payments innovation movement within Australia by delivering unique ways for businesses to automate how they receive, manage and pay funds.

They are an innovative start-up (founded in 2017) in the Fin-Tech sector and are seeking a Growth Executive to join their team as they experience a period of hyper growth.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Safeguarding the revenue of the payments business
  • Providing exceptional service to new and existing clients in a timely manner
  • Developing internal and external processes within the broader team
  • Building strong relationships with our external service providers and partners to allow you to draw on their resources when needed to service our clients
  • Working closely with sales, compliance and product, you support the on boarding of clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A timely approach to all tasks and a strong organisational outlook
  • The ability to acquire a sufficiently strong technical understanding of our products and services to be able to respond to client queries in an independent manner
  • A high attention to detail and a tech-savvy skill set
  • Honesty, reliability and punctuality
