Content and Engagement Partner

Our client is a well-established design agency in Collingwood. They are looking for a Content and Engagement Partner to work on their largest client.
  
This role is more than managing the client's social media channels, you will be responsible for creating engaging content using Canva and often working with a team of designers, scheduling using Hootsuite and also reporting. You want to make sure that engagement is qualified and are ready to optimise when the time comes to post again! 
  
As the Content and Engagement Partner you'll be a support to an experienced content pro who will mainly be the one to manage the client. Leaving you to come up with some great content aimed directly at consumers (mainly renovators and upgraders). If you are a fan of shows like The Block and Grand Designs and into home improvement, this will be FUN! 
  
The Content and Engagement Partner will constantly have their finger on the trigger, able to think quickly and manage various projects at once. You will act as a brand guardian, be curious and creative and full of ideas.
  
Core Competencies:

  • Creative ideation — Ability to generate a variety fresh creative ideas that successfully use insight to connect with consumers. 
  • Marketing & content strategy — Ability to use content to support a defined marketing strategy across multiple touchpoints. 
  • Copywriting & storytelling — Deep storytelling, delivered through engaging, emotive copy. 
  • Content planning & creation for multi-channel outputs — Ability to generate distribution frameworks and create content deliverables to bring ideas to life across multiple channels. 
  • Publishing calendar & social media management — Ability to successfully distribute content on channels, monitoring feedback through analytics. Ability to successfully grow a social media community. 
  • Insights & research — Ability to co-create insights and research materials, ability to transform data into actionable insights. 
About you: 
  • 1- 2 years experience in content with social media/marketing agencies.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns from end to end including reporting (Hootsuite/Google Analytics).
  • Experience creating cohesive content across multiple channels.
  • Strong writing skills. (We'll need to see some samples).
  • Keen interest in the home and home improvement industry or with lifestyle content. 
  • Strong communications skills both internally and externally with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once.
