Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage and develop key relationships with the planning & implementation team, service partners, and core clients
- Develop strategies and recommendations based on insight and data using social listening and search tools for client specific projects including ideation across our core offering
- Management of a content team composed of freelance writers, graphic designers, videographers, and other industry professionals
- Manage projects end-to-end, including conception, execution, and financial components to a high standard
- Ensuring client satisfaction by running client WIPs including managing the WIP sheet, sending follow up communications
About you
- 3 to 6 years of agency experience or in a similar role
- Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
- Ability to utilise industry standard tools such as Meltwater, Falcon i.o, Savvy and other tools that may be utilised from time to time
- Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and best practices
- Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
