Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture a creative team of designers, accounts service and agency leadership team to achieve powerful results
- Work with senior clients and consult on key strategic projects
- Multitask and work in a fast-moving environment
- Getting your hands on the tools as well as leading the team
- Driving and positive and collaborative culture
About you
- 7+ years of design experience in a creative agency or marketing environment
- Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office
- Experience in leading a design team; guiding, motivating and providing feedback
- Knowledge of the processes involved with a creative agency
- Experience working on New Business pitches
- Strong typography and layout design skills
- Considerable experience in Branding, Advertising, Packaging, Photography, Retouching, Video, UX and HTML is highly appreciated
