• Manage day-to-day administration and production of eDM’s, automations/triggers, websites and landing pages
• Build and rigorously test email campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities segments within the existing data and personalizing effective communications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML and other aspects of email execution, data segmentation and other aspects of outbound and marketing automation execution, as required
• 2+ years experience in CRM & EDM
• Hand-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Content writing and copywriting experience
• Demonstrable experience in Marketing Automation, journey builder and development of customer journey maps
