An award-winning branding studio is on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to join their talented team of creatives. This top-tier design crew is known for specialising in brand identity and strategy with a unique, holistic approach for iconic Australian brands, ranging from investment, climate/sustainability based not for profits and start ups, logistics, government, universities, an airline and the energy sector.

This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for someone who is passionate about branding and the prospect of joining such a highly sought-after agency.
   
Reporting to the Senior Account Director and Business Director, the SAM will be crucial to the deliverance of fantastic work to clients. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for both client and internal agency staff, keeping all parties updated and informed. You will manage client expectations, troubleshoot any issues, keep ahead of deadlines and identify opportunities for further business development.
   
As well as daily communications with internal and external stakeholders, you will also run weekly WIP meetings and organise internal project team catch ups (including workshops, immersion sessions etc).
   
Providing financial management support to the account service team is also essential to this role. This will involve assisting with planning project timelines, managing resources, estimates and quotes, invoicing and cost tracking.
    
Essential:
  • 2-4 years experience in a client management role in branding or a related industry. 
  • Experience within a design studio or similar environment
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Confidence with presentations
  • A positive, go-getter attitude
  • Team player
  • Microsoft office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.
