This person would have a interest and basic understanding of branding and our industry and seeks to find a studio that will encourage and provide a platform for growth should they have the initiative and drive to push forward. This is a hybrid Receptionist and Account Executive role, where you will have the opportunity to manage smaller projects.
Your key responsibility will be providing support to the Account service team by assisting with planning project timelines, managing resources, invoicing and cost tracking. In addition you will be in charge of the team’s administrative duties such as co-ordinating meetings, diary management, travel arrangements and general office management duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration/PA or
be determined on pursuing a career in a Design/Branding studio that will encourage and provide a platform for growth should they have the initiative and drive to push forward.
You will be a superb mutli-tasker and financially aware with previous project management experience. Excellent communication and ability to co-ordinate with internal teams and external stake holders is a must in this role.
