Graduate or Trainee Recruiter

FUN – Fun is something that brings you joy. It can be found watching a movie, it can be derived from a good long run, it can be found at the end of a long night of dancing until the early hours of the morning (the next day can be less fun). Fun can mean many things to many people.
People don’t always equate the word fun with work but that depends on the criteria you set yourself for fun.
Fun at work means working in a business where you believe in the company vision and values – where you help to set them.
Fun on the job means working with people you like and respect and who have respect for you in turn.
Fun at work includes collaboration, mutual support and a strong bond of shared goals both financial and personal.
Fun means winning more than losing, continuous learning, constantly growing professionally and personally and doing something you know impacts people in a positive way.
A workplace where you can laugh, where you can socialise easily, enjoy each other’s company and celebrate group and individual success. A job that enhances your self-esteem and sense of worth. Now that’s fun.

DOING SOMETHING THAT MATTERS - And I mean REALLY matters. Not something that is superficial and shallow and only pleases for a few minutes. No, I mean something that makes a difference to someone’s life. Something that without your input and influence wouldn’t have shown them their new opportunity.
We understand this isn’t life or death but we are helping people to define and reach their goals and doing our little bit to make a difference. Difference in the lives of our clients, our candidates, and each other.
