- Leader for the business and senior management of client portfolios
- Implementation and development of communication and BTL/ATL campaign strategies
- Management of monthly reporting against KPI’s and targets for each assigned client portfolio
- Ability to lead and deliver organic growth amongst existing client base and new clients/categories
- Deliver proactive and new business strategies
- Client pitching and new business
- Ensure account service and creative are working cohesively to deliver the best work
- Responsible for retention and growth of the business
- Responsible for growth and profitability of business accounts
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years experience within an integrated agency or client-side
- Extensive understanding and experience across all marketing and communication channels
- Exceptional presentation skills – development and presenting
- Extensive experience with new business
- Proven track record in growing revenue with existing clients
- Proven track record in leading, mentoring and overseeing client service team
- Budget development, management, and reporting
- Experience working with FMCG brands is preferred however this is not essential
