Our client an innovative start-up (founded in 2017) in the Fin-Tech sector is seeking a Growth Manager to join their team.

About the Employer

  • Our client has been a pioneer of the payments innovation movement within Australia by delivering unique ways for businesses to automate how they receive, manage and pay funds.
  • Duties & Responsibilities.
  • Building a qualified pipeline to support rapid sales growth. Working together with stakeholders within payments and the wider group to create the best possible outcomes for clients using our product.
  • Responsible for project management and the end-to-end acquisition of new clients and assisting with existing client retention if requested.
  • Establishing a strong referral partner network to refer new clients.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the sales strategy to drive growth and meet the challenges and opportunities of my client
  • Developing both a strong personal and company reputation in the broader payments industry.

About you

  • Ideally looking for someone from the payment industry but, open to sectors where the leads are self-generated i.e. - real estate, recruitment and radio.
  • Proven track record in delivery of growth of revenue and clients, with demonstrable outcomes.
  • Desire to work within a growing business into a leading company in the end-to-end payments space.
  • Overall looking for a real go-getter who is a hunter for Business Development
