Our client has been a pioneer of the payments innovation movement within Australia by delivering unique ways for businesses to automate how they receive, manage and pay funds.
They are an innovative start-up (founded in 2017) in the Fin-Tech sector and are seeking a Growth Manager to join their team as they experience a period of hyper growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Building a qualified pipeline to support rapid sales growth. Working together with stakeholders within payments and the wider group to create the best possible outcomes for clients using our product.
- Responsible for project management and the end-to-end acquisition of new clients and assisting with existing client retention if requested.
- Establishing a strong referral partner network to refer new clients.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the sales strategy to drive growth and meet the challenges and opportunities of my client
- Developing both a strong personal and company reputation in the broader payments industry.
About You
- Ideally looking for someone from the payment industry but, open to sectors where the leads are self-generated
- i.e. real estate, recruitment and radio.
- Proven track record in delivery of growth of revenue and clients, with demonstrable outcomes.
- Desire to work within a growing business into a leading company in the end-to-end payments space.
- Overall looking for a real go-getter who is a hunter for Business Development
