-7+ years’ experience from a B2B Digital Media Agency/Tech background
-Commercial confidence to gain instant trust and traction leading enterprise level clients
-Digital All-Rounder/Strategist with strengths in demand generation, performance media and tech
-Natural leader to inspire a small team below
-Experience across digital campaigns ranging from search, strategy, site developments, AdTech platforms, engagement, social listening, analytics, and more on tools ranging from - the Google Suite (Adwords, Double Click), Hootsuite, Oracle, Adroll, Rubicon, Marketo, etc.
- Lead client relationships and drive new business activity via a strategic and consultative digital approach
- Manage the digital media, adTech and social resources for client's digital developments and campaign execution
- Work with large enterprise and medium B2B and B2C clients to develop and extend their digital activities, starting with the customer journey and then mapping the process through multiple digital technologies, with a strong focus on lead generation, nurturing and conversion
-Studying the analytics to improve upon SEO outcomes, plan SEM/Display/Retargeting strategies and integrating these with Marketing Technologies to deliver a sophisticated program for customer engagement, acquisition and retention
-Lead and grow a small digital team of 2 direct reports, as well as cross-functional staff on a project basis
