As a key member of the senior leadership team and the Human Resource Manager for the Australian business, you will be responsible for the effectiveness of the full HR function, delivering key priorities and initiatives in partnership with the international management teams.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Partner with the business to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the
  • business strategy that will contribute towards a high performing culture through effective performance management, coaching & mentoring, training & development and talent management processes.
  • Provide coaching and advice to business leaders to support through operational HR processes including workforce planning, recruitment (supported by internal recruiter), onboarding, contract management, performance review, grievance and provision of generalist HR advice.
  • Partner with the business to lead annual people delivery activities such as performance and compensation reviews.
  • Work with the leadership teams to implement strategy, policy and plans in line rules and standards to ensure business benefit and continuity, including due diligence, integrating, communication, change management, retention and motivation and leadership appointment.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to CEO.

About You!
We are looking for candidates with both strategic and operational experience, with the ability to manage the full end to end HR function.

  • Minimum 3 years hands on experience in HR Management role
  • Experience in performance and change management
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and engage others
  • Exceptional stakeholder and client management capabilities
  • Real estate or Residential Building industry exp is an advantage
