PR and Partnerships Partner (Manager)

Highly successful mid-sized Design agency with PR function is on the hunt for a driven PR and Partnerships Manager to support a Senior PR and Partnerships Lead working on their largest client that operates in between the Home, Built Environment and Lifestyle segments.  
  
As a part of their PR and Partnerships Team, you’ll be across all the detail, tracking and reporting on partnerships and engagement, suggesting and testing new opportunities for earned media and reporting on the results, this agency is big on learning outcomes and applying them to future briefs.  
  
Whilst the BAU of campaign management, media monitoring and reporting are a focus of this role, being the direct and only support to the Senior PR and Partnerships Lead you’ll have the opportunity to step-up and work collaboratively when it comes to responding to briefs and pitching talent suggestions and of course involvement in brainstorms and creative ideation.  
  
This role will suit someone with at least three (3) years agency experience or in-house experience looking for a change of pace with the opportunity to work on a single account within a buzzing creative studio (N.B. The team is currently working remotely). 

 
You’ll be comfortable getting up close and personal with the client, learning their business and their segment, this agency has a long and fruitful relationship with this client, the benefits of which can be seen in the tenure of existing staff.  
 
  
Requirements: 

  • 3+ years PR and Partnerships experience – Agency or In-house. 
  • Talent and influencer management, PR support and campaign management experience.
  • Creative ideation – Creative thinkers and people who think big with purpose do well with this agency.
  • Demonstrated experience of storytelling across multiple internal and external channels – with consistency of message and amplification key to success. 
  • Experience working with Designers, Copywriters and production teams to meet timelines.  
  • Understanding of the segment (lifestyle, built environment, interior and trade industries).
