Junior Sales Admin /Graduate Recruitment Assistant
Become is a boutique recruitment agency servicing clients and candidates in the Advertising, Digital, Creative and Media sectors. We opened in London in 1997 and in Australia in 2007; and now cover APAC with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland and Hong Kong.
After an excellent year, we are looking to grow the Sydney team by recruiting 3 Sales Administrators into our graduate scheme.

You will take part in a structured training programme and will work closely with a mentor who will guide you to success.

We’re a team of 10 in Sydney and would like to grow to 15 in the very near future.

You will be assigned to one of our teams - creative, media or digital.
You will be assisting on a red-hot desk and paired with a Senior Consultant to ensure all training and support is in place for you to excel quickly!
The roles we recruit for range from Media Buyers/Planners, Programmatic Traders, Digital Ad Sales, Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Accounts, UX, UI, Producers, Digital Marketers and Developers, amongst others.
No 2 days will be the same. You will be involved in marketing, answering phone enquires, diary management, arranging interviews, researching industry news, attending client meetings, writing ads, looking after our amazing candidates and much more.
You can have a niche focus or a broader remit of roles; we let consultants find their place rather than force them to manage a set desk.
You would be expected to progress to a Junior Recruitment Consultant role within 6-12 months.
The Ideal Candidate
Have you recently graduated with a degree or intern experience in the creative, advertising or digital industries? Have you worked in retail, hospitality, or have a knack for sales and customer relations?
Whilst any sales or recruitment experience would be great, we are more interested in finding applicants who match our values and have transferrable skills. We will be prioritising attitude, ambition, willingness to learn, and cultural fit.
As well as base salary you will receive additional commissions and incentives for hitting milestones throughout your training.
