About The Role
We are currently on the search for an organised and friendly Office Manager to come on board to assist our dedicated and fun team of consultants in our Sydney office!
As a support role to the consultants, your daily tasks will include:
- Answering phones and emails
- Scheduling meetings and diary organisation
- General admin duties and admin support such as on-boarding contractors, sending time sheet reminders and sending contracts
- Assist the team across their day-to-day adhoc duties
- Experience in client-facing, administration or PA roles is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- An interest in marketing, communications, creative, digital or technology - if you are passionate about something, you will enjoy it more!
- Well versed across MS Office Suite and Adobe
