Reporting to the Marketing & Digital Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Management of product catalogue and new listings ensuring accurate SKU levels
- Writing EDM, product and website copy
- Working with the digital marketing, product managers and suppliers to coordinate new products listings on the website and optimise cross sell opportunities through SEO
- Ensuring product and pricing accuracy
- Planning and managing the upload of assets (web banners, social media posts, EDMs) for promotions and campaigns
- Assisting in content and marketing calendar planning with the Marketing & Digital Manager
- Overseeing all social media channels, ensuring all posts are accurate and precise
- Creating analytical reports (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram insights) and deriving strategies to optimise performance and growth
- Monitoring sales and website traffic performance while finding strategies to increase brand awareness
- Experience with CMS platforms
- E-Commerce, marketing or communications background/experience
- Someone with a strong understanding of web content and product listing
- Web analytic tools including: Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
- Experience working with Magento and Falcon
- Familiar in writing in HTML
- EDM platforms: Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp and Survey Monkey
- Strong knowledge in SEO and SEM
