Become are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to provide our client with their proficient skillset, in order to oversee the running of digital projects which pave the way for innovation in retail out of the home. Our client prides themselves on their sophisticated technology and analytics, which offer a deeper understanding of shopping behaviour and purchasing intentions.
Reporting directly to the Product Manager and Operations team, you will need to withhold a high level of organisational skills and ability to liaise with a vast network across different levels in order to achieve success.

What we need from you:
- Outstanding organisational, communication and time management skills
- Proven record of working /collaborating with lots of facilities to come together and deliver projects successfully
- Good understanding of financials and investments for the project
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and consistent manner both internally and externally to drive results
- Capability to monitor and support to meet required SLA's
Essential criteria:
- 3 years proven recent project management experience
- Highly collaborative and creative problem solver
- Credibility to quickly establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A background in infrastructure or logistics will be highly regarded
