Our client a leader in the AgTech industry is seeking a UX/UI Designer to support with the design and build of a B2C digital platform.
  

Main responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate successfully with Software Engineers to ensure all designs are technically feasible within the scope of the project.
  • Evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with Product Managers and Software Engineers.
  • Assess and optimise the performance of new and existing features by conducting user research and assessing performance metrics
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand business and customer needs in order to translate them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans in line with prescribed resources, timeframes, budges and business objectives.
  • Execute strong stakeholder management skills by providing concise communication and support to the team to enable successful performance.
  
  
Essential Criteria:
  • Experience in a UI/UX Design position – experience designing at an enterprise company would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Solid analytical knowledge: ability to receive, review and interpret data to implement sound decision making and/or continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Relationship management skills to successfully collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
