Join a leading global programmatic adTech company that has a large market share across the APAC region with some excellent agency, publisher and brand clients.

This awesome company is looking to add to its Sydney team and onboard an ambitious Programmatic Sales Manager to help drive their platform, client service, and overall business across the ANZ market.

This role will give you;
•    A great opportunity to step into a global Ad-tech business and offer a consultative service to both agencies, tech vendors, and clients direct
•    Interaction with the wider digital media and programmatic landscape and an opportunity to utilize your agency contacts and experience within
•    Further programmatic training and in-depth knowledge of a leading global ad-tech player and a very fast-moving market

Responsibilities;
•    Ensure customers are conducting best use of the tech stack via QBRs, and overall growing platform spend with existing and new clients
•    Grow existing accounts by up and cross-selling new product innovation and solutions
•    Market mapping and new business development, as well increasing the awareness of the brand through attendance of industry events and conferences
•    Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, the operations and technical teams on campaign development/delivery

Requirements;
•    2-3+ years minimum digital/programmatic media sales or accounts experience, and knowledge of how to sell to agency clientele
•    Sound working knowledge of DIGITAL (mobile, display, video, social) is a must, and programmatic - DSP, SSP, DMP, RTB and exchanges highly preferred
•    Good tier 1-3 media agency, trading desk and DSP vendor networks; client management experience and a consultative/upselling personality/approach
•    Ability to work in a team and draw on the strengths of the company and brand
•    Good organisational skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Ability to adapt to different client objectives
•    Friendly, professional, ambitious, curious, passionate, and eager to learn
