This role is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career and take part in helping grow the new Brisbane branch as a key communication touch point for local clients. You’ll be responsible for communications across time-zones and coordination with producers, project leads, and other team members in the States. You will be assisting the team in nurturing and developing new and existing relationships with a number of clients and stakeholders.
Key skills for the role include:
- 2+ years’ experience in account coordinating or project management experience
- Experienced at Excel or Google Sheets (other relevant software is accepted)
- Excellent client management and relationship skills
- Excellent communication and keen organisational skills
- Friendly, professional and down to earth
- Previous hands on UX/UI or digital design understanding would be advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience working on projects across government and/or transport sectors
- Experience working directly with digital designers and developers
- Design understanding across UX/UI, accessibility standards and/or the development cycle of a digital product is a major plus
