Become is a specialist recruitment agency for the creative and digital sectors and our Auckland office needs an organised, friendly, people person to support our Consultants.
 
Working out of a cool co-working space (Biz dojo in Ponsonby) you'll be working in a small team but in a creative office with free coffee, arcade machine, and most importantly, a ping-pong table.
 
What will you be doing?
As a support role to the consultants, your daily tasks will include;
 
- Answering phones and emails
- Scheduling meetings and diary organisation
- Screening, interviewing and referencing candidates
- Admin support such as onboarding contractors, collecting time sheets, sending contracts
- Identifying and source candidates
- Source client leads for consultants 
- General admin and office management duties as required
 
 
What are we looking for?
Ideally, creative or digital recruitment support experience in Auckland but we have a strong history of hiring people without recruitment experience and training them up. Those with experience in client facing, administration or PA roles and an interest/understanding or exposure to creative, digital or marketing industries will be considered. People skills and attitude are equally important to us, not just where you have worked.
 
This is role can progress to a consultant position for anyone that wants to make that step up over time. FYI - the person you report into started in this role.
