What Makes Us Different?
We have a strong history of staff retention and growth with multiple examples of Junior Consultants who have progressed into Senior Consultant and Management positions. Our approach is to focus on long term relationships over sales, treat all candidates as they would want to be treated and to work in a collaborative team environment.
Consultants are not KPI’d around activities like cold calling, client visits or number of CVs sent to clients for each role. We look more on the whole picture to gauge success over a longer term i.e. you’re not expected to make a placement in your first week.
Our culture is very team orientated, we share clients and candidates so we can increase our response speed and make sure we’re putting all suitable roles in front of candidates instead of ‘hiding’ them and competing with each other.
We’re a team of 10 in Sydney would like to grow to 12 in the very near future.
This consultant would have a creative and/or digital focus and would be taking over a red hot desk. The roles we have and are looking to fill range from Graphic Designer, Branding Specialist, Strategist, Art Director. We are also looking for a Digital Recruitment Consultant who will specialise in the recruitment of UX, UI, Producers, Digital Marketers and Developers. You can have a niche focus or a broader remit of roles, we let consultants find their place rather than force them to manage a set desk.
The Ideal Candidate
Open to interviewing those at mid and senior levels but would also consider a junior if they had the right attitude, approach and interest/knowledge of the creative, advertising or digital industries.
While recruitment experience would be great, we would definitely consider those with transferable knowledge and experience.
Base salary is dependant on experience with a competitive and ‘no strings attached’ commission structure.
