Attending creative, digital and media conferences
Taking job briefs from clients
Writing job ads
Sourcing top talent for each role
You will be recruiting for a range of roles across the creative spectrum. These include Designer, Account Manager, Copywriter and Art Director.
What we need
We are looking for a sales executive to transition to a recruitment consultant role. We can teach you recruitment.
What we are looking for is the ability to build meaningful connections.
The most important thing is the dedications to providing a quality service. You should care about people and want to do the very best for every single client and candidate.
You will have full training and will be supported by the team.
You should have at least 6 months experience in a sales role. Media sales or creative experience would be beneficial but is not essential. It is important that you have a desire to learn.
Base salary is dependant on experience. We have a
competitive and ‘no strings attached’ commission structure.
Our culture is inclusive, collaborative and fun. We have regular team building events such as cocktail making and lawn bowls. We are about to take the whole team on a trip to the wineries in Melbourne.
