The leadership team is currently managing Google and Facebook Ad campaigns for all our clients in-house. You will take over this role, completing a number of optimisation tasks that  adjusting bids, reviewing the search term reports, adjusting location targeting and so forth. They currently have processes in place for completing these tasks, so you would be building from those or developing your own if preferred. You will also act as Client Success Manager, building and nurturing strong client relationships. You will create help and educational resources such as training videos, a help centre and other systems and processes which will help automate the process of providing client support.

Here's an idea of what each day might look like for you:
  • Minimise churn by delighting clients & getting epic Google and Facebook Ads result
  • Setting up, running and optimising Google and Facebook campaigns.
  • Sandboxing new ideas and methods to crush our client's local competitors.
  • Building and setting up landing pages.
  • Bidding and budget management.
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly campaign optimisation.
  • Installing conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google analytics, and call Tracking.
  • Decreasing CPL
  • Daily Management of approx 50 accounts.
Rockstar Skills and Experience
  • 3 +years' advanced experience working on Google and Facebook Ads
  • You know what scripts are and how to use them
  • Experience with landing page platforms & software tools like Unbounce, Call Tracking **
