The focus of this role is nurturing the client relationship and providing first class strategic direction around their CRM activity. With support from internal and external technical and delivery teams, this isn’t about how well you know a certain platforms technical ins and outs but more about how well you can segment the customer base, optimise the customer journey and integrate the creative into the consumer messages.
Experience in a CRM or CX specialist agency in a client facing role at Account Director level or higher is a must-have requirement, although if you are in a client side CRM role and wanting to move agency side with account service capabilities, you will be considered. They are also looking for an analytical mind and a creative problem solver to go along with your experience.
