Senior Account Manager

They seek an adept Senior Account Manager equipped with robust experience in campaign management and client relations.

The role:

  • Establish client connections as their primary liaison and trusted consultant, deeply comprehending their requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the creative team, ensuring proposed solutions resonate with client brand identities and strategic visions.
  • Articulate thorough and precise task briefs, reverse briefs, debriefs, and creative briefs, providing clear directives for clients and internal teams alike.
  • Exhibit proficiency in accurately scoping project requirements and tracking progress against budgetary parameters, fostering transparent communication channels to address any potential challenges proactively.
  • Assume full accountability for the project life-cycle, from initial briefing to final delivery, consistently exceeding client expectations regarding timeliness, quality, and fiscal adherence.
  • Proactively discover opportunities for organic account expansion within existing client relationships, while actively contributing to new business endeavours and championing strategic initiatives for growth.

Key requirements:

  • Experienced Senior Account Manager in a creative agency, adept at collaborating with creative teams and clients in fast-paced environments, overseeing integrated campaign management, and demonstrating strategic proficiency.
  • Possesses a diverse skill set, including understanding creative asset and brand planning, executing strategic campaigns, and delivering presentations.
  • Thorough understanding of creative asset and brand planning, schedules, and budgeting.
