Senior Account Manager
- Up to $110,000 package
- Based in the Sydney CBD with Working from home flexibility
- Work with a small integrated agency who work with global clients
The Senior Account Manager leads experiential efforts, managing projects and campaigns to meet financial targets. Responsibilities include client management, team performance oversight, collaboration with departments, and supporting the agency's vision and culture as a senior team member.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop all experiential clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
- Oversee team performance, ensuring a high-performing team and excellence in project management and account service.
- Collaborate closely with department leads, providing visibility for work-flow pipelines and assisting with resource management.
- Support the agency's vision and culture, contributing to driving the agency forward as a senior team member.
- Allocate efforts across portfolio and client management, team management and leadership, new business development, finance and profitability, and fostering a positive culture.
- Ensure alignment of all projects with financial targets and the overall goals of the agency.
About you:
- Extensive industry experience in Australian retail and shopper marketing strategy, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving results for an integrated agency across diverse categories.
- Expertise in business development, negotiation, influencing, and financial/business acumen, coupled with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, balance multiple campaigns/clients, and demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing agency/industry.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, well-organised, reliable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
