Senior Account Manager

This Independent Agency has offices in Sydney and Melbourne and describe themselves as a behavioural change agency who act as that conduit between brands and shoppers.
  
With a beautiful office situated on St Kilda Road – right near Fawkner Park. The team work hard and play hard with a few events planned now that everyone can get back together.  When they aren’t playing hard, they are working to bring perfect print, beautiful below the line and complex campaigns to market for huge FMCG brands.
  
About the role:
As a Senior Account Manager in the Melbourne office you’ll be tasked with managing an existing portfolio of pharma and FMCG client’s needs, being able to work collaboratively and at times autonomously to get work done. You’ll need to be ready to support the Account Director and at times work directly with the Group Account Director to service busy clients with their print, packaging and digital needs.
  
You’ll have worked with FMCG or Pharmaceutical clients before and have a good understanding of their needs in terms of packaging specifications, brand guideline requirements and understand how to push back when necessary.
  
You’ll work with the agencies’ digital counterpart, involving digital producers at initial briefing stages, but will sometimes need to be hands on to deliver digital components too.
  
About you:
You’re willing to work within the walls of the agency, this agency thrives when it collaborates and prefers to do so in person.
You’ve worked in integrated, brand and design agencies previously.
You’ve got some great experience with FMCG or Pharmaceutical clients and  know how to keep things on track and on budget.
You’ll be able to work across borders, engaging with team members both in Melbourne and interstate when required.
You must be in Australia as my client is unable to offer sponsorship at this time.
