About the job
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management and growth of their clients across several different industries.
- Responsible for managing clients across a range of accounts and projects from branding, to print, to digital.
- Overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered on time and objectives have been met
- Working closely with our in-house creative teams & producers on client’s projects
- Take charge of research, campaign reporting and participating in presenting to clients
- Managing campaigns from start to finish from initial briefing through to completion.
- Be the centrepiece of the relationship between the client and the studio.
- 2+ years experience as an Account Manager within an agency environment
- The ability to deliver best in class account management and client servicing
- To be super organised and great at time management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
