ROLE? I'm currently on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager to join the ranks of one of Brisbane's most succesful Marketing Agencies. With International presence they are respected operators amongst B2B businesses looking to revitalize their marketing.
Working with some of the biggest brands in the world they are across full-service marketing. Digital and Direct. Ideation and Execution.
In the last 2 years they have carefully constructed their teams to bring everything in-house, allowing greater control over their work-flow. Whether it be Graphic/SEO/SEM or Copywriting, they now have the ability to offer themselves up as a true extension of any business.
With this team in place they need someone now to act as a conduit. Your role will see you working directly with the Head of Client services to generate new business whilst also offering fresh marketing perspective to a small, yet varied and tier 1 client base.
You will have a dotted line report into the Head of Digital and will liase with them and their Digital team to ensure that realistic timelines are being set and high quality work delivered.
This will be a Senior role within the business and as such it's expected that a high level of commercial accumen with a penchant for nurturing new business will be attached to the successful applicant.
YOU? You'll understand your clients, their challenges and then be able to come up with innovative solutions to tackle these. On-top of this you'll understand the trust and financial investment that has been made in the business, this will be reciprocated by customer service and communication that is second to none.

- Digital Marketing Strategy (SEO/SEM/eDM/Social) - Analysis of the above and their impact - Direct Marketing (Mail outs/Telemarketing/Conference Marketing/Activations) - B2B Marketing principles
You'll possess the following.
- Highly effective communication skills - Basic skills of Digital/Direct Marketing - Business Development - 4+ years as a Account Manager/Marketer
