The Position

Become Recruitment is working with wonderful creative advertising team with an exceptional specialisation in genuine and distinctive branding and campaigns with a great range of clientele. You'll be a genuine standout creative and exceptional cooperator and communicator with strong collaborative experience as an Art Director. You will have an extensive creative background, ideally at a similar agency, with an established portfolio showing off the highest of creative commercial brand and campaign work. You'll be highly organised and driven, able to deliver on and multiple briefs with effective prioritisation and tact with an output of high quality, modern, relevant and impactful work. You're able to utilise your creativity as well as delegate and collaborate with your colleagues to ensure best practice with great efficiency. You will be extremely well supported in your position, flanked by seasoned industry professionals with excellent drive and passion for their work and an innate, team wide management focus on work/life balance, with support, flexibility, meaningful purpose at work with great colleagues, team lunches, brunches coffees and perks!

You will need

  • A standout and highly unique folio featuring established highly Art Direction with a variety of styles and brands across print and digital platforms.
  • Established Art Direction experience across campaign and brand.
  • Similar agency experience will be beneficial.
  • A passion and drive to bring fresh creativity and energy to the team.
  • Established leadership and communication skills in a creative team environment.
  • Excellent organisation & time management skills, you'll be able to juggle multiple deadlines, a team working in a hybrid and 360 communications internally and externally with clarity and purpose.
