As a hands-on designer with superb conceptual ability, you will be working on brand identity campaigns for a mix of clients across the retail, arts and culture, hospitality and some corporate clients.
A large aspect of your work will be designing across highly strategic campaigns which solve the client's business problems. You will have a highly strategic approach and understand the emotional process behind branding and be willing to explore, go above and beyond to deliver with the end user in mind.
This role is suited to someone who wants to innovate and push the boundaries with their work, while delivering to and beyond clients expectations. You will work with a management team who believes in a flat structure and will empower and support you to develop.
You will have 7+ years experience designing strategic branding projects which achieve client objectives and business outcomes. You will have a brand led mindset which is showcased through the work in your eclectic portfolio. It is essential your folio includes working concepts and your strategic approach, not just finished design.
