Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage a team of 5
- Conducting audits, content briefs, project plans, reports, budgets, etc. to ensure team success
- Build a strong client portfolio and maintain high retention- you are leading by example!
- Create annual goals and manage team's PDPs
- Whilst monitoring the impact of SEO work, report key insights to Development team or the Global Head of SEO
- Manage regular team training to encourage efficient SEO practices

Essential criteria:
- 3+ years' SEO digital marketing experience
- 3+ years' management/team leader experience (minimum 3 people)
- Strong knowledge and application of SEO and Web Analytics
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Advanced comprehension of Google Sheets/slides/docs, etc.
- Proven ability to manage project budgeting
- Soft skills competency; PM experience, communication, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills
