Your day will consist of trafficking work across both studios, ensuring jobs are logged correctly and Account Service and creatives are all aware of who is doing what jobs, when. Coming from a finished art background is a must as you will still be required to get on the tools and make changes or offer support during busy periods. It will be your responsibility that all jobs are logged into their systems correctly and completed on time and to budget.
This role is Melbourne based but also looking after the Sydney workflow so that resources can be best shared between both offices. Little travel will be required but you will be managing a team of around 10 in both locations and also be largely responsible for a similar size Account Service team.
Branding, design or advertising agency experience as a Studio Manager is a prerequisite to be considered for this role.
