My client’s product is full-service video monetization platform with a long standing client base that includes the likes of Yahoo7, Network Ten, News Corp & Foxtel.
You will be joining a small, agile team and therefore must be adaptable and have a team player attitude and approach:
• Provide tech support to publishers and partners
• Publisher on-boarding, testing, implementation of supply set-up, trouble shooting, publisher training, proactive recommendations
• Work alongside demand team to identify and troubleshoot buy-side issues and recommending solutions to all parties involved
• Gathering insights and data to build comprehensive information for the engineering team
• Drive efficiency by communicating to stakeholders and putting into practice
• Maintain and develop internal tools to help automate tasks and simplify reporting
• Understanding of ad tech platforms and programmatic operations
• Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter able to thrive and multi-task in a start-up environment
• Comfortable in meetings and presentations, presenting new platform functionality and asking questions to better understand publisher needs
• 2+ years digital experience in a technical operations capacity
• Understanding of industry OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID
