The Position
You'll work in a not for profit tertiary organisation, managing over 100 yearly projects for internal stakeholders across tertiary education departments, faculties and unions. You'll build and implement a traffic management system prioritising and triaging design, marketing collateral and events projects, incorporating university compliance whilst creating buy-in from internal stakeholders to engage and utilise the team.
About You
- Exceptionally organised with solid experience in Traffic /Studio Management.
- Knowledge of creative design and marketing workflow.
- Knowledge of creative design and marketing workflow.
- A fast learner and comfortable identifying if something is outside of your scope.
- Tech savvy - utilising team management & scheduling software and implementing nescessary changes.
- Patient with excellent communication skills
- Events knowledge favourable but not essential.
